※ Product Introduction:

CS-9809C silicone sealant is a transparent two-component set adhesive composed of two liquid parts, A and B. When the two components are thoroughly mixed in a weight ratio of 10:1, they can be filled and sealed. The mixed liquid will solidify into a flexible high insulation elastomer at room temperature, and there will be no significant shrinkage or heating of the material during solidification. This product is suitable for packaging and protection of electrical/electronic products.

This product will not corrode metal and electronic components. The rubber is non-toxic. The fully cured material has good insulation and moisture resistance, vibration and mold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, UV resistance, aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance (-50~250 ℃ can work stably for a long time), good repairability and excellent weather resistance. ※ Usage and precautions:

1. Mix A with B in a ratio of 10:1;

2. Stir for 3-5 minutes. The mixer should be placed slightly offset from the center of the liquid level, and the depth of insertion into the glue should be 1/2-2/3 of the height of the glue (based on the height from the liquid level);

3. If a glue filling machine is used to fill the module, the corresponding ratio of A glue to B glue should be set first, tested in small quantities, and tested for the first time. At the same time, an electronic scale should be used to accurately mix the glue at a ratio of 10:1, and the results of the machine test and manual electronic scale test should be compared to the curing time. If the results of the machine test and manual electronic scale test are equal, it means that the machine's glue output is also based on A: B=10:1, which indicates the amount of B glue used by the machine and is easy to control.

After stirring evenly, the mixed adhesive can be poured, but it must be poured within the operable time (i.e. before the surface drying time).

5. No defoaming treatment is required before sealing, and the curing process will self defoam. However, it is necessary to ensure that the curing agent B glue does not exceed the limit and the surface drying time of the mixed glue solution is within the range of 28-50 minutes.

※ Special Reminder

1. This adhesive cannot be mixed with other adhesives;

2. When mixing two components, efforts should be made to ensure even mixing;

3. If conditions permit, the mixed adhesive should be treated with defoaming as much as possible;

4. The prepared glue must be used up within the operable time to avoid unnecessary waste;

5. When using as surface glue drops, it is recommended that the customer can configure the glue drops for the second time after the first time of dripping and after its gel, so that the appearance will be better after curing.

6. Therefore, the series of adhesives will react when they come into contact with water, and any unused adhesive must be sealed and stored. The best storage conditions are at room temperature and in a cool place.

7. This product should be avoided from long-term contact with organic solvents such as washing water and thinner, as well as strong acids and bases.

8. Due to the materials and processes used by different customers being beyond the control of our company, it is necessary to conduct compatibility tests and samples before using this adhesive. After the samples are qualified, you can use them with confidence.

※ Product Features

1. Non corrosive: This product belongs to the de alcoholization reaction and will not corrode metals and LED devices;    

2. Fast curing: The operating time can be adjusted from 0.5 to 1.5 hours, and it can be vertically placed for 2 to 4 hours without flowing, improving efficiency;

3. Good liquidity: can quickly self level and can use automatic glue filling equipment;

4. Good adhesion: The cured material has good adhesion to the module shell (metal, plastic, etc.) and LED;
